Step 1
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.
Step 2
Stir for 15–20 seconds until well-chilled.
Step 3
Strain into a short glass and add one large ice cube.
Step 4
Add a rosemary sprig for garnish.

Pro tip:
For perfect clarity and texture, ensure you stir the ingredients with ice (don't shake them) until the mixing glass becomes very cold to the touch. Also, pre-chilling the serving glass makes a big difference!
