Reposado tequila

Omija syrup

Step 1
Add reposado tequila, omija syrup, and the 2 dashes of aromatic bitters to a mixing glass.
Step 2
Fill the mixing glass with good quality ice, up to about three-quarters full.
Step 3
Stir vigorously, but with smooth motions, for about 20-25 seconds. The outside of the glass should become very cold.
Step 4
Strain the contents into a short glass (rocks glass), ideally over a large fresh ice cube.
Step 5
Garnish with a cinnamon stick. For extra aroma, you can lightly char one end of the cinnamon stick before adding it to the glass.
