Step 1
Fill a large gin glass (Copa type) or a highball glass with plenty of ice.
Step 2
Pour the gin and omija syrup over the ice.
Step 3
Top up with tonic water, pouring it slowly to preserve the fizziness.
Step 4
Stir very gently once, so as not to lose carbonation.
Step 5
Garnish with a thin cucumber ribbon, elegantly curled inside the glass or on the rim.
